My work focuses on AI, emotional intelligence, leadership, and sustainable performance. I’ve taught at top universities, launched technology ventures, advised nonprofits, and worked with organizations navigating growth, innovation, and organizational change. Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, endurance athlete, and worship leader; experiences that continue to shape how I think about resilience, stewardship, and long-term leadership.
