I’ve been married to a beautiful Licensed Professional Counselor for 30 years. Together we’re raising two teenage boys and building a life rooted in faith, family, and impact. I’m a triathlete, worship leader at church, and lifelong learner with a PhD in Emotional Intelligence. By day, I teach future entrepreneurs at top-ranked universities. By night, I help high-performers avoid burnout and bring bold ideas to life. Whether I’m consulting with a Fortune 500 team, co-authoring a book with my wife, or mentoring a student, I thrive on helping people grow—with clarity, courage, and intentionality.
