WiseOwl is a platform designed to help schools increase reading engagement through smarter, AI-powered systems that connect students and families to books that match their reading level, interests, and learning needs.

Parents receive an invitation from the school to participate in which books their would recommend, or restrict, their child check out of the school library. Parents are given book insights based on preferences and talking points for each book their student would like to check out.

Developed in partnership with literacy advocates, school administrators, and parents, WiseOwl bridges the communication and tracking gap between educators and caregivers.

Core features include:

• Book matching by age, interest, and readability using AI
• Parent engagement notifications with easy feedback paths
• School and district-level dashboards for accountability and reporting
• Seamless integration with existing library systems

We're currently seeking district pilot partners, state agency collaborations, and referrals to literacy-aligned nonprofits.
